Exit Consulting Group was born out of John’s realization that businesses needed a smooth transition champion. He steps in, creates a strategic plan, and expertly manages the entire transition process. John has successfully facilitated various transitions, from passing the business to the next generation to helping owners sell to key employees and setting up Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP).
