Ken Goodrich is the Chairman and former CEO of Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a company known for its quality services since 1939. With over 30 years in HVAC and plumbing, Ken has led successful turnarounds and growth for several companies.

Ken excels in improving business processes, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and operations management. He’s proven to expand into new markets, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. His mission at Goettl is to continue its legacy as an innovative leader in the HVAC and plumbing industry.

Ken has acquired, integrated, and developed HVAC, plumbing, and contracting businesses as a seasoned entrepreneurial executive. He’s known for building high-performance teams, focusing on growth and customer satisfaction, and has sold eight companies.

Active in trade organizations, Ken serves as President of SNARSCA and is a multi-state PHCC member. Committed to industry growth, he founded an air conditioning technology institute and supports air conditioning students at CSN.

Ken is a licensed HVAC and Plumbing Contractor in Nevada, Arizona, and California. His journey began as a boy assisting his father with air conditioner repairs. He shared insights into business challenges, acquisitions, and successful enterprise-building on the Opt Out Podcast.
